Delivery

The Natural Home Products range is very extensive indeed.

So, we hold stocks of our natural and organic materials and make the finished products to order, sometimes in small batches, and this helps us to reduce our costs, so that we are able to have more competitive retail prices.

It is for this reason that the delivery lead times on most of our products are 3 to 4 weeks. But, if you do need something more urgently, do please contact us, as we can often find a way of meeting an earlier delivery date.

The main exception to these delivery lead times are the bed frames, headboards and side tables, as our craftsmen make one style of bed each week on a rotation system that can mean delivery could be up to 6 to 8 weeks.

In the information on each bed frame style, we give the last order dates for the next production cycle of that style and the week that the bed would then be delivered to your home.

When we deliver bed frames and mattresses to your home, we use a removal firm in your locality, so they can place the items in the room of your choice and assemble the bed frame, before removing the packaging with them.

For all UK and European mainland addresses, when the value of the order is in excess of £50, all delivery costs are included in the product prices.

When delivering to the islands around the UK and European shores, we often incur additional transit expenses and these we charge to our customers purely at cost.

If you live on one of the islands and would like to place an order, do please let us know and we will obtain a quote for any additional transit expenses for you to approve in advance of ordering. Once quoted, we would not expect you to pay any amount greater than the quoted figure.

For orders of duvets, pillows, protectors, comforters and all such similarly sized or relatively light product, your delivery will reach you by GLS or Parcelforce and they do require signatures as proof of delivery.

Again, if this is likely to cause difficulty for you, do please tell us when you place your order and we will make whatever alternative arrangements we can to make the delivery as convenient as possible for you.

Do please also note that on orders of less than £50 value, we do charge £5 distribution and packaging.

If you wish to place a supplementary order of less than £50 to add to an earlier order of over £50 that has not yet been delivered, do please tell us by e-mail, as we need to avoid your having to pay the £5 in such a case.
